This website does not use advertising cookies, analytics or tracking scripts, and it has no forms. Like any website, the hosting provider (Cloudflare) processes technical data such as IP addresses to deliver the pages and keep the site secure.
When you call
When you call, we may ask for your name, phone number, postcode or address, and details of the problem. We use this to arrange treatment and pass it to the independent technician who will contact or visit you. We do not sell your information. If a call is recorded, we will tell you at the start of the call.
How long we keep it
We keep call and enquiry details only as long as needed to arrange the visit and deal with any follow-up or complaint, and then delete them.
Your rights
You can ask what personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, or object to how we use it. Use our contact page to do so. If you are unhappy with how we handle your information you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk.
